AT&T Wont Let Me Cancel our Landline Phone and Hung up on Me!
This is ridiculous. I have called 5 times to cancel our service with AT&T and they have HUNG UP on every occasion, except when I had to call to make a late payment because my request to cancel was never put into place. This could affect my credit and I do not wish this to happen and as the consumer I have a right to cancel at any time as my subscription is month to month. I have also tried to access the online account by calling and changing my email address to which they assured me was done and sent an email. THIS WAS NEVER DONE. I never received an email. This is horrible customer service and without a storefront or accessible phone service, I am at their mercy. I do not want to sign up for cell or internet service, I just wish to get rid of my outdated landline. Thank you. I ask that someone please contacts me and fixes my issue, so I do not have to keep calling and being hung up on.
