AT&T hasn't posted my payment in time and now it's Late!
Payment was made 4 days ago & it was accepted by AT&T 3 days ago per bank. They have not yet posted it to my account and now there will be a late fee. It's a nightmare trying to get anyone to answer the phones there with Extremely Long wait times and the website is no help. I do NOT want to pay the $10.00 late fee since I paid BEFORE it was due. Why should Customers be penalized due to AT&T's lengthy processing time? What to do now?

All you can do is call and say billing at the voice prompt. There's no one on the forums than can address it, unless @ATTHelp drops by.

Thanks, I tried that and it takes me to a recording that prompts me for payment. So frustrating & so hard to get a representative. As far as I'm concerned, they really have gone downhill.
