sbcglobal mail not receiving mail.

I am able to send mail through my sbcglobal.net mail but won't receive any emails. My inbox is empty, spam is empty, and trash is empty. I am using no filters or blocking anyone. I've tried sending emails to it with my gmail and it says that the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail.

Hello @tjdavis222 ,

We understand your concern and know how inconvenient it is not to receive mails!

Let’s work on a fix and change this experience for you.

 We recommend that you follow the troubleshooting steps:

  • Check your email size. If your email is too big, it may not be sent.
  • Be sure you’re using the correct recipient email address. If not, you may get error messages like Failed Delivery or Problem Found - Message Not Sent.
  • Try signing out of your email account and signing back in.
    Check your spam folder for missing emails!
  • If you are using an email app, consider using OAuth or a Secure Mail Key to  access your emails. OAuth (Open Authentication) is a secure feature that encrypts your credentials to better protect them from hackers.
  • Reset your email password, and be sure to sign out of every browser or app you are signed in, and sign back in with the new password.
  • If you are using a 3rd party mailbox like Outlook, disable it to make sure that the mailbox is not causing the issues.
  • Sometimes non-AT&T emails are blocked for spam. If this is done in error, check out our AT&T Postmaster Support page.

You can also take a look at our email troubleshooting guide for additional help with any email issues.

Also, please feel free to visit our website to have a better understand on how to work around your Email concerns!

We hope this helps!

the email I sent to my sbcglobal was a reply and I only typed "Hey" so I know the email size isn't an issue and I couldn't have typed the email address wrong since it was a reply. I have had this issue for years but I didn't need to use it up to this point. I reset my password back in 2020 and that didn't fix the issue. I've also tried signing in on different browsers, different devices, and different wifi/cellular data. I also don't use mailboxes or email apps.

@ATTHelp

I did all of this and it still isn't working. Adobe stopped supporting Flash Player back in 2020.

@ATTHelp

I tried calling the number you gave me several times between yesterday and today and it would just ring for several minutes and then hang up.
