Ip Unblock request.

Hello team,

Greetings of the day.

 

We are sending mails to Att. subscribers who have subscribed to our website.

But our mails are getting block from Att. I request you to please remove our ips and unblock them

I have mentioned the ip series below along with the error I am getting please check and remove the server from block list.

Error- smtp;553 5.3.0 flph835 DNSBL:RBL 521< 155.254.194.4 >_is_blocked.For assistance forward this error to abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net

Ip Servies

Start IP- 155.254.194.0
End Ip- 155.254.194.24

I request you to please check. allow us to keep our Att. subscribers up-to date.

Hello,

I have already mailed all the details with ip range and error to the mails address you have mentioned abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net but I didn't get any update.

please check and fix the issue.

We recommend sending them another email, as IP unblock requests are not something that we can resolve here in the Residential Community Forums.

 

Another option is to contact the AT&T Business Forums team. Some people whose IPs were blocked were able to find a resolution there.
