Afterwards, try signing into Currently, to verify that you are able to access the email with the credentials.
Once you have verified you are able to sign in via Currently, please make sure to check your POP3 and IMAP settings. As well as making sure to create a Secure Mail Key. This will be necessary, as AT&T's email services require Open Authentication, and this will allow applications that do not use it have access to our email systems.
Please give the above a try, and let us know how that works for you, we may need to take a closer look into your email, or escalate this to our email specialists if it does not.
Daniel...thanks very much for your reply. I have followed your instructions, multiple times! (I now have so many secure mail keys, ATT must think I am crazy!) Plus I think I have previously tried every solution known to man...nothing has yet been successful After soooo many hours of just trying to get my Outlook 2016 email (I have Microsoft 365) to work on my iphone14 with my bellsouth domain....WHY OH WHY is this so difficult???!!! I have had my bellsouth.net email for over 20+ years...I really don't want to change a zillion locations. At this point I can't even remember how I lost it...I used to have it and now it is gone.
I use my email everyday and having access on my phone is critical. I am beyond frustration at this point! is there no hope??

Hi, @elisecampbell, we would be happy to assist with your Outlook email access.
First we would like to verify that the credentials being used are correct.
We would first recommend clearing your cache and cookies, as this can clear any unwanted settings / data that can effect signing in.
We suggest then resetting your password, as this can re-sync your account and email.

Thanks for trying our suggestions, @elisecampbell!
We recommend you reference our Outlook 2016 setup guide to make sure all the settings are correct.
If this doesn't help, please let us know. We may need to take a closer look at your settings in a direct message.
