email problems with msn.com from sbcglobal.net address

Hi there, @appliancegirl. We understand that you are trying to send another email address an email from your sbcglobal.net email address and it is not being recieved. Let's look at this together.

A few of questions for you.

• Are you getting any bounce back error messages? The reason why we need to know that is bounce backs from an email address is on the other email address end.
• Is a copy of your email in the sent folder on your end and did it send correctly? The reason why we need to know that is if there are errors in sending the email, then we can correct them.
• When was the last time that you were able to get an email from the email address that you are sending to? The reason why we need to know that is, if you are not getting emails from that msn.com email address, then we need to see why.

The reason why we are asking these questions is to better support you and your email experience.

No bounce back. All my sent emails are in the sent folder. I can get an email from the msn.com address. He does not see my reply. Or any new message created from me @sbcglobal.net

@appliancegirl   Be aware that while ATTHelp Robert thinks you are in a private conversation, everyone can see where he asked you to post your email address.  So be certain not to post any personal info unless you're sure it's private.

I have the same problem.  Does anyone know what the fix it?
