Email problem with msn.com from sbcglobal.net

On November 17, 2022, @appliancegirl asked why she was able to receive emails from an msn.com account but the msn.com account could not receive her emails from her sbcglobal.net account.  She was asked if there were any bounce back messages to which she replied no.  She was also asked if it appeared to have been sent with no error to which she replied that it looked like it was sent.  She was asked when was the last time she got an email from the msn.com account but did not answer that question.  

I am having the same problem.  I have not received any bounce back messages and it appears it was sent.  This happened today and has happened in the past.  I received an email from the msn.com account and replied.  The msn.com account did not receive it.  They even checked the spam account.

I was wondering if they figured out what the problem was and what they did to fix it?
