Creat new email address

When I fill the fields to create a new att email address I press continue it does not transfer to the next page.

First, let's have you clear your cache and cookies. We recommend this as it will clear any settings that is causing this to occur. You can find the steps for your respective device and browser using the aforementioned link.

 

While you do that, can you answer the following questions so we can have a better understanding:

  • Does this happen in other browsers when you try to create the email? Such as Google Chrome, Edge, or Safari?
  • Have you attempted to create the email on another device? This could point to if it's a device issue or site issue.
