Can't open pdf files

Thanks for reaching out to us, and we'd be happy to help with your email not being able to open pdf files @jlindsay01. 

To get started, please let us know if you're using an email client such as Apple Mail or Outlook to check your emails or if you're using Currently. This is so we're able to make sure that it's not an email client issue that is preventing you from downloading the PDF files. 

Please confirm with us if you've tried to download the PDF files from different devices and if you still experience the same error code. We want to see if it could possibly be the device that you're using that is not letting you download the PDF files. 

You can also try clearing the cache and cookies from the device you're using to help clear up any data that could be preventing you from downloading the PDF files.

Yes, I believe I'm using Currently because I was was having so much problem with outlook login.

Just as previously mentioned, have you tried accessing the email from a different device and tried downloading the PDF? If not, please give this a try and this will isolate the problem even further.
