Can not get email
Set up my & my wife's email accounts (@att.net). The only differences are the user ID's. Passwords are the same. I "CAN" access my email.
My wife's log in yields the following error message. "NOT FOUND ON ACCELERATOR. Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location & try again".
Here is a puzzler. When I log in to "my ATT.com," account under my username, the web page shows two (2) users. My & my wife's, followed by "CHECK MAIL" links. I click on mine & i get my email account. When i click on my wife's "CHECK MAIL" link, I get the above error message.

The Not Found on Accelerator error message means that the email address was either terminated or suspended. We can check to make sure. We'll send you a Direct Message. Look for the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page.
