Why don't you recognize my Yahoo email account anymore?

I'm not interested in posting this on a forum, I'm interested in speaking with an AT&T technician who can fix my problem, but if that is not allowed, then here we go.

Until August 26th, 2022, my email account was working fine.  Then, on that date, messages stopped coming in.  I can still access my account via my iPhone, but I can't access it on my laptop, and I can't receive or send messages from this account.  I was having similar problems with my second Yahoo account, but I was able to fix them by changing my password on that account.  During that time, the now-problem Yahoo account was fine.  But now, you claim one of my accounts doesn't exist, but it does, and I need it reopened because it's a business account.

Unfortunately, posting this to a forum doesn't allow me to transmit the problem account name to AT&T, so this is presumably futile, but what else can I do?  This is a pretty rotten way to run a business.

Thank you.  I do not see anything called "Direct Message" or "Direct Message Inbox."  Is this the link that recapitulates the title of my message?

I have been locked out of my email for about three weeks now. This is a problem ATT has known about for at least a year. ATT has yet to fix it and probably never will. So like a lot of people, we have lost accounts that we may have had for years and years.
