UserID vs email address
I have a UserID and I have numerous @att.net email addresses.
ATT blocked access to all of them on all devices and demanded password reset.
I have successfully updated the password for the UserID but
(1) access to the email accounts is still blocked,
(2) am unable to update the passwords for the email accounts (on add devices and at ATT.com),
(3) when I tried to re-link the email accounts to the UserID, I get this error message: "Sorry, but we can't combine [email scrubbed] with your first ID, yet. We're adding more accounts you can combine into a single ID, so please try that ID again later. Select another ID"
My understanding is that its easiest to do this updating from the ATT web page, but it won't work there, nor on an Ipad, cell phone, etc.
