I just received an email that I had to upgrade my att email by clicking on a link and I dont know if this is a valid email its from

We have been sending our customers emails that are requesting you all to update your recovery options. We have helpful guides on setting up options for text resets that include both ATT and non-ATT wireless numbers. Along with that, you can also update your contact email to have this as a secondary recovery option.
Now, if you believe this email to be SPAM you can report them by forwarding the email to abuse@att.net.
Once you confirm that your recovery options are set, then you are good to go!
