update profile for password recovery

Hi there, @mb1865. We understand that you are unable to update your profile to recover your email address. We can look at that together.

According to the information that we have, the profile update requires three things:

1. Secret Question/Answer
2. An alternate email address
3. A cell phone number to accept sms messages. 

Since you do not have the third thing, the first two should be enough information to update the profile. Follow these steps in order to do that:

1. Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in, if asked. 
2. Scroll to My linked accounts and choose Edit for your Phone, Email, or Address.
3. Follow the prompts to make your updates.
4. Check your email inbox to verify your email address. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folder.
