Unable to sign into email

I am unable to sign into my sbcglobal.net email. What do I need to do?

We can let you know what you need to do to sign in to your email, Jodilynn55.

 

The best and most common option is to reset your password using the forgot password option.

 

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

Once you're signed in, be sure to update your security questions and answers and set up text messages for password resets, in case you forget your password in the future.
