Trouble Accessing Emails

I get my AT&T emails at https://currently.att.yahoo.com/.  Sometimes (like today) when I click on the "mail" link at the top of the Yahoo page to access my emails, a new screen appears but the tab at the top of the page keeps flipping repeatedly from "Logout Successful" to "signin.yahoo.com."  The "signin..." address disappears too quickly for me to read it accurately.  The screen stays blank while the tab heading keeps flipping back and forth.  Any ideas what the problem is?  Thanks.

Hey @RIMyers01, you've come to the right place to update your recovery information.

You will need to update your recovery information, so that you can receive the code to the desired number. Here are the steps to get that updated:

  1. Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in, if asked.
  2. Scroll to My linked accounts and choose Edit for your Phone, Email, or Address.
  3. Follow the prompts to make your updates.
  4. Check your email inbox to verify your email address. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folder.

Lastly, if you are encountering sign in isues, you can clear your cache and cookies
This can help get rid of any stored data that might be interfering.

Please let us know if this was helpful. If not, we will need to take this conversation privately to take a closer look into your account.
