Too many times unsuccessful logins

When I login to my ATT yahoo email

I'm constantly getting t message "Looks like you've tried to sign in unsuccessfully too many times.  Recover yourID to reset your password to continue" Code 205.2. 

I have getting this message very often. Even though I'm putting in the correct information  I have to go in and change my password.

Does anyone have a fix for this?  I was told many are having the same issue.
