Stopping service on my account

Hello!

I just moved to Spain and had to buy a new Spanish SIM card for my phone through a local carrier. This means I am no longer using my ATT number and cannot pay for it. Because I already have put in the new SIM card, I am unable to log in to my account by getting a text from 2-step verification. I am also unable to make international calls at this point, so I cannot contact customer service that way.

What can I do to get this accomplished? I believe it would be best to communicate through email, unless someone could speak to me over whatsapp or skype or zoom.

Thanks!

Thanks for your response, but I am unable to make international calls at this time. Is there a way I could be communicated with through email, whatsapp, zoom, skype, or imessage? I do not have a complex concern, I just need to stop service to my phone number that is no longer in use.

You can go ahead and contact the international helpline with another device/carrier as well. We do not have the option of communication regarding this concern via any of the other options.
