Still Getting Locked Out of My Yahoo Account & att.net & constantly getting logged out too! Non-stop password reset! Super Frustrating
Well, AT&T decided that since they couldn't solve the problem from my original post, they decided to just close the chat...how nice....
They've only partially fixed the problem & there is still the issue that I can only log into one of my 3 email sub-accounts at one time.
Each time I do this, it locks me out of my other emails so I have to reset my password over & over & I get the stupid care code #205.
What is wrong with these people!!!! They need to fix this. I have 3 emails that were all synced together under one account. I could view all 3 emails under the same account & now I can only look at one at a time & then I have to reset my password to view the other only to get locked out of my other emails. Then I have to reset the password back & forth.
I cannot check my emails from home on my iPhone or iPad or any other computer. This is negatively impacting my work as well.
This needs to get resolved. If I could get rid of AT&T/Yahoo I would. But then I'd lose all the years of work emails & there is no way to get them back. So I'm stuck.
