setting recovery phone number

1. We'd like to know if you are using a different email ID with the same number? If yes, then it would not be possible to have the same number again as a recovery number for two email I'd's.

Please be informed that recovery number should be registered with AT&T.

If it is a registered AT&T number, please try after clearing cache and cookies, as the previous data which might interfere while updating the number.

Please reach out to our customer service department at 800.288.2020, they can check for which account is your phone number attached to. They are available from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm CT.
