I have issues logging in to my old sbcglobal.net account and posted a question here on 08/03/23. I quickly got help and was asked to fill out this questionnaire online. I understand that it takes 5-7 business days and maybe longer since they are overloaded. My case is now a month old. Is there a way to get a status or some hint about the progress? Would be appreciated.
