SBCGlobal.net Email Issues - Help from Email Specialist

I have issues logging in to my old sbcglobal.net account and posted a question here on 08/03/23. I quickly got help and was asked to fill out this questionnaire online. I understand that it takes 5-7 business days and maybe longer since they are overloaded. My case is now a month old. Is there a way to get a status or some hint about the progress? Would be appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback but my problem is not with ATT email but with SBCGLOBAL.COM. This email account is locked for 4+ weeks now due to some fraud concerns. I filed out the online questionnaire but never heard anything about it. My question is now if I can see or get from someone a status on that?

Hello,

on Sep 5th you wrote to wait a "few more days" and now we have October 18th. Does anybody have an idea or can give me a hint how much longer this takes? I understand that it's more a curtesy service but I waiting now for more then 2 months and nothing happens. Should I submit this questionnaire again?
