sbcglobal.net email is primary on our at&t account

But we no longer use or have access to this email account and would like to change the primary

But website won't let me.

Help?

The other emails with in our account are updated.

Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in, if asked.
Scroll to Sign-in info and choose Edit for your email.
Follow the prompts to make your updates.
Check your email inbox to verify your email address. Don't see an email? Make sure you check your spam or junk folder.

Hi thank you but that didn't help. The actual email i am looking to alter IS the member ID that i used to set up the account Years ago.

It looks like i can not change this item the other email addresses listed are current so i am guessing it doesn't matter too much...

But thank you for trying to assist.
