sbcglobal.net email account was hacked & password change

My sbcglobal.net email account was hacked and the password was changed. Somehow, I am still able to access the account on my iPhone. As I still get important emails, I would like to be able to change the password, can you please reset the password, or have this email account deleted? How do I delete it?
