Have you tried resetting the password for your email address? Doing this will re-sync your email in our system and can, at times, alleviate, sign-in issues.
Give it a try with these steps:

YES, I have tried resetting the password yes, but it doesnt work. I cannot log inn. I have also tried to send myself an email from another acocunt and the orginal email bounces backs, it gets rejected. The Log in Browser displays the following:
Not Found on Accelerator
Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.
