What is the problem with Yahoo/ATT/Safari? I need to be able to log into my email. I am caught in a loop with ATT/currently.com. It says I am signed in but it won't let me get my mail.

Hi there, Spaige1974. We understand that you are having a concern with getting into your email. We can help you with that.
Since your browser is showing that your signed in, it could be that your browser has some bad data in it. Let's clear the cache and cookies of your browser. For Safari browsers, please use these steps:
If that doesn't work, then we do recommend a password reset to be done to sync the email/account.

The same thing happens frequently on my 2 SBCGLOBAL email accounts, usually on the first login after rebooting. What seems to fix it within a few minutes is to scroll down and click on some of the articles, then click on Home, then try email again. Other times it fixes itself by just waiting several minutes. Once email opens up I can move between my Home page, other tabs, and Email without any delays.
