Saw Weird Email in Sent messages that I didn't send
Hi! The only way I knew that I was hacked, was that I had weird messages in my sent box. This has happened before and I changed my password, but I think they were already in my email and just never signed out. I can change my password Again, but I don't think that's going to make a difference. I need a way to sign out ALL users, kind of like Netflix does. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Kim

Kim, amazingly enough that's actually possible in the Yahoo world, they haven't removed that capability like they've done with other nice features.....yet.

Hi kprn, we take email security seriously.
Our ACE @tonydi provided some great steps to signing out unwanted users. In addition, we recommend reporting to the Fraud department. There you can:

Personally, when I try what tonydi suggests, after the AT&T login page it sends me to the currently home page instead of the Activity page, if I again click mail, profile, account info, Recent Activity, I am again sent to the AT&T login page. I tried this 4 or 5 times before giving up.

Did you clear your browser's cache and cookies? 😂
Still works for me....

I opened an incognito window. No change in behavior (well, except that I had to hit F5 on the AT&T login window the first time before it would paint). The second time it loaded reasonably quickly, and then returned me to the currently home page.
Interestingly enough, when I tried to go to Account Security, it managed to come back there after login, and then I could go to Recent Activity.

No shocker....the Yahoo Mail website is sketchy, the ATT.COM website is sketchy and now they need to work together? What is a shocker is that your computer didn't spontaneously combust trying to get to the page. 😂

tonydi, thanks so much! It took a couple tries, but it finally worked!! I was able to get to the Recent Activity area and I could sign out of all devices. I did have sort of the same issue as JefferMC, kind of going around in circles to the login screen and back. But it eventually worked!! Thanks again!

Great, glad you slogged through it and got it handled!
That sort of thing happens on a lot of different pages on att.com. I joke that they got the website from a box of Cracker Jack but some days I wonder how much of a joke that really is.
