AT&T related help: Learn about email client error codes
Resetting password Over and Over
I am having to reset my password in my ATT/Yahoo email account literally everyday! I have had to do this for at least 8 months. Once I reset it on one device ( I can even reset to same password I had) I will have to go and reset it to view on my computer then too. It’s a vicious circle!! I have called support. They have tried to help. Nothing has worked and they don’t seem familiar with this problem. Am I alone?

Hi there, @Mastiles21! We understand that having to constantly reset your password can be a nuisance, and we want to help.
First, you'll want to clear the cache and cookies on your device(s). This will give your browser a clean slate to work with.
Next, reset your password one more time by following these steps:
After resetting your password, make sure that any email apps you may use have the updated password. This is because when you update your email password, it must be done for each device/email client you may use to access your email.
If you do use any email clients or programs, make sure that you use the secure mail key. If you do not have a secure mail key, here is how you create one:
The secure mail key is like a password, but there are some differences. Its longer, randomized, cannot be reset, and it doesn't expire.
In addition to trying the steps above, please let us know if you're receiving any specific errors messages when you're being prompted to reset your password. This can help us to determine the root cause of what you're experiencing.
We look forward to hearing back from you!
