Resetting my email password

If you've forgotten the answers to your security questions, you can still reset your password using your alternate contact method. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Go to att.com/myatt.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Fill out the password info.
4. Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. We’ll let you know where we sent it.
5. Create your new password.

Hello Jarod, after I fill out my password info and click continue, I do not get a choice for Temporary Password. It takes me straight to the security question. Can you help me with this? And how to get a Temp Password?  -Thanks Jarod
