reactivate email sub account

I thought I temporarily suspended one of my email sub accounts and now it is gone and I have tried everything to find it and reactivate it  Please help

Happy to help you with your subaccount, lapointe20js.

 

Please explain to use what you mean when you say that the account is gone. Subaccounts cannot be deleted, but they can be disabled and enabled. You can find the steps to enable the account in our guide on Creating and Managing Subaccounts. Just click on the section titled How do I disable or enable subaccounts?

 

Let us know if you were able to enable the subaccount or if you need further assistance.

I have gone to the profile area and the option of account users is not there.  I just want my email back. [email scrubbed]
