We recommend using our password reset guide and following the steps for using a temporary password.

1. Go to att.com/myatt.
2. Select Forgot password?
3. Fill out the password info.
4. Choose temporary password and follow the prompts. After you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
5. Create your new password.

Please let us know if this doesn't work, and we'll take other steps to reset the password for you.

I am not able to get to "Choose temporary password".  The only option I am given is to answer security questions.
