Over 6 years of Sent Email is missing

Hey @momandkiri, We understand that emails getting deleted can be a hassle, so let's help you get this sorted out.

How to recover your missing emails

Get recently lost or deleted emails back using the Missing Mail Restore feature. Complete a restore request form, and we’ll do the rest.

Before you ask us to restore your messages, keep in mind:

• We can only restore emails from the past 7 days.
• You can’t cancel a restore request.
• Restoration efforts aren’t always successful.
• Recovered emails go into the same folders they were in on the restore date you pick. Check your trash folder if you can’t find them after the restoration.
• You should back up any important emails received or sent in the past 7 days.  
   

Disclaimer: We cant help restore emails that are deleted for more than 7 days.

Steps to prevent  emails from getting deleted automatically:

1. Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts.
2. Tap on your email account.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Advanced.’
4. Tap ‘Delete from server’ and choose ‘Never.’ This means you can receive emails on your iPhone, but doing so doesn’t delete them from the server.
5. Alternatively, you can turn on the “Ask Before Deleting” option in the Mail app settings to avoid accidentally deleting emails.

I already did that... and nothing happened

I don't have those options available in my Settings

Since that option did not work, I recommend contacting our admin. In settings you'll see the option to submit feedback. Let them know about your issue and they may be able to assist.
