AT&T/Yahoo email is fraught with issues. That being said, it is very difficult for some email providers to block spam from getting to your InBox due to the cleverness and sophistication of the spammers. Some email providers are much better at blocking spam than AT&T/Yahoo. I get maybe one or two per week at best that make it to my InBox. The rest is blocked by my email provider, which is usually in the range of 50-75 per week that I never see unless I login to what they call the GrayMail folder just to make sure that nothing of import got trapped. Otherwise, they are automatically deleted after 7 days. Of course, I don't use nor ever will use AT&T email.
