I have the same issue.   I am an att retired employee I have called ATT help line.  They can not find my account.  I went to ATT store.  They can see my Emails with their laptop while I put in my data.  My server folks do not see any problems.  I can log into Gmail with no problems.  I can go anywhere on the internet.   I can not get to myatt account page on myatt. I can not get to my att emails with Yahoo.  I can put in my email login but I get the error code after my email address.  I do not see any fixs.  I have empied internet cashes as mentioned in other conversations.  I am on the platform.   Please point me in the right direction

There is no DM in my right corner of my desktop.  There is no response to resetting my password.  There is still no respone to logging onto My att or my email.  Same error same condition.

I was working withj Lacey.  All of a sudden she disappears.  My DM was dropped and now I am at square one again.  Not sure what happened to Lacey.  Would be nice to get a phone call from this ATT team.  All of my problems still exist with my att.

No one got back to me from the team.  after talking to my bank and Ebay, they found that the problem that some one in NJ was trying to get into my bank and ebay.  resetting my pass word does nothing for this problem.  Come to find out that McAfee had installed an upgrade on my desktop.  This activated the VPN every time I logged on the computer.   The id was from McAfee. After lots of time I found the process to manage the VPN.    So..what this boils downto that some url's can not handle the extra inscription.   Today is my first day in about 3 weeks that I am able to get into everything.  This is the short answer.   I need to turn off VPN (which is very easy) if anurl locks me out.  Be aware.  VPN gets turned back on every time you turn your computer back on.  You can close this issue  at this time.
