Not found on Accelerator....still

Could someone please help me with this. I have not found on Accelerator issue and going crazy. Tried clearing cache, reset password (10 times), and talking to 8 different employees (transfered 4 times). My wife is an engineer with ATT, so i am stuck with the service.
