Not Found on Accelerator

Hello,

I recently had to get a new phone and now am not able to sign into my sbcglobal.net email address. This is a business account and I have been using it for 20+ years. When i attempt to sign in I get ther "Not Found on Accelerator" error. I have tried all the solutions that have been provided by AT&T support on other threads. Can someone DM me so this can get resolved?

Thank you,

Hello, so yes I was successful at signing into the account but the inbox is not the inbox it use to be. I was trying to access a old sbcglobal.net email but when I sign in it takes me to a att inbox that I have never seen or used. How do I sign into the sbcglobal email?? I used to just go to yahoo.com but now it first asks for the email and then the att username. Is there a separate link to just access the old sbcglobal.net/ yahoo emails??

Hi Mike,

My apologies, I was out of the office yesterday. I've heard back from the team. They are saying you need to go here: http://sm.att.com/a5f99157

Here's their reply:

butzininc@sbcglobal.net and mikebutzin@att.net are 2 different accounts.  When they go to http://sm.att.com/e05b5109 and click the login page they will have to sign in to the account they want.

Looks like they are accessing the att.net account instead of the sbcglobal.net account.  They will have to sign out of one to sign in to the other.  It sounds like the browser is cached, and they will have to clear cache and cookies or use a different browser.

Let me know if this information helps?

Thank you,

Laura S.

Hello Laura,

Unfortunately that didn't really help. When I go to the sigin page the first page asks for the email ( I provide this) the second page asks for an att userid ( I only have one of these, and use that) once it signs me in it takes me to the att box. If I try forgot userid it tells me it isn't able to find that email. The only way it will recognize the userid is if I put in the att Id that takes me to the att box.

Hello Mike,

My apologies for the delay. We may need to jump on another call for me to go over all the steps. The technical team is showing everything on our end is good and is working as its designed. Here's some more information they provided:

It is working as designed, when you go to login it shows att login page. Go to

http://sm.att.com/a5f99157 click on “sign in”. It then takes you to AT&T login page as designed.

Once they put their AT&T emails address butzininc@sbcglobal.net there and hit continue it will ask them for their PW. IF they don’t know their PW then you would need to assist them with a PW reset BAU. There are no issues with that email account.

Thank you,

Laura S.
