Not Found on Accelerator

I am trying to access my att.net email, but unfortunately I keep getting error on the tittle. If email was closed, I need to see if there is a way I can reopen it as I have an account of another party linked to that email, and I am unable to get access to it because They can only send me a password reset to the email I cant access.

Hi there, adrian8989. We understand how inconvenient it is to be stuck on the error message page. Let's address your concern further.

When you receive the "Accelerator Not Found" error message, that means that the cache and cookies may need to be refreshed. We recommend clearing your cache and cookies.

We have several steps that you can follow depending on your device. If you are using a desktop or laptop, here are the steps that may help:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
  3. Select the items you want to clear.
  4. Select the Delete, OK, Clear, or Clear data button, depending on your browser type.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.

If you are using a mobile device, please follow these steps:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Tap the 3-dot menu at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select Settings, then Privacy.
  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data.
  5. Choose Browsing History, Cookies and Site Data, or Cached Images and Files.
  6. Select Clear Browsing Data. You’ll see a pop-up that lets you confirm your selection.

Please let us know if you are still receiving that error message. If so, we will need to get you into a DM to assist further.

Hello. Thanks for the reply. After doing this I still get the same error. I have tried logging in thru currently, but whenever I type my email ID instead of the system asking me for a password it takes me to the question if I am a robot. I click the button, but right after that it tells me that a verification email code has been sent to the same email I am trying to log in to. I had set a recovery email, but for some reason the recovery code does not get sent to that email. Also there is another choice you can click to select another method of verification, but when I do it tells me that something has gone wrong and to try later. It (Edited per community guidelines) because I could create another one to avoid all the trouble, but there is a particular account that I created over 10 years ago that used this email so in order to get my account back, I have to be able to access this email.

Count me among those trying to resurrect an email account...and receiving the message NOT FOUND ON ACCELERATOR. A customer who FINALLY solved this problem was told that the account was either terminated or suspended. AT&T had falsely labelled the account as such based on INCORRECT billing information! Most customer service reps do not know this...which is almost unbelievable. So...how do I connect with DM on this site to see if this is the issue with my bellsouth.net email address?

Well…the last conversation I had with ATT…I was told that given the length of time that has passed since I used my old email address…it has died. Never to return.
