Not Found on Accelerator Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again.

Long time email account: @sbcglobal.net

Starting approximately 48 hours ago, when I attempt to log into: [email scrubbed] and enter my user ID: [email scrubbed], there is a prompt to click next screen prompts to check 'I am not a robot'  After checking the box and clicking continue, the following message comes up "

Hi, there
Enter verification code
sent to your email"
So instead, I log into ATT.com and then change my recovery email, add my phone number, and have to change the password in order to verify.  A 6-letter code is sent to my phone which in input and now I can access my profile on ATT.net.  Upon attempting to to my mail account from the ATT profile link, the browser pops up with:
"Not Found on Accelerator
Description: Your request on the specified host was not found. Check the location and try again."

BTW- happens regardless of Browser (Chrome, Edge, FF)- this is not a browser related issue!

I have exactly the same problem.

my problem isn’t solved even with cleaning cache changing password and using the private mode.

the accelerator error comes back every time I try to login.

I’m using my eMail since 1995.

in 95 it was with Worldnet and had the @worldnet.att.net email before it changed to just att.net and since it merged with yahoo I have a lot of trouble and now I can’t sign in at all and was forced to sign up for a gmail email address as I only get the “clean cache” advice which is definitely not solving my issue.

I kindly want to use my eMailaddress  again and in my profile, when logging in to my account overview on att.com, my mail address still shows active to is there any other advice except cleaning my cache?

thanks a lot in advance for all suggestions.

I have had this issue with my Att.net account since 2020 and now only use gmail.   On Att.com it stills says I have an account.   Can some help resolve this?  I’ve tried everything

5 hours already devoted to this junk !!

I cannot read emails from my main Att.Net email account. 

When [email scrubbed] signs on to att.net (or currently.com) I get 

<<  NOT FOUND ON ACCELERATOR >>

But [email scrubbed] SUCCESSFULLY signs on to att.com. 

I call ATT and have been transferred 4 times.

Each technician immediately insists that I use the "forgot password" link.

After 4 successful password changes, I still could not see the email.

The last technician told me that [email scrubbed] was broken and could not be fixed.

He suggested I create a new account and link all my services there. 

I now have [email scrubbed] but cannot link most services because they are already linked to [email scrubbed]

I don't want to transfer back to Spectrum but what more can I do?

P.S. abandoning [email scrubbed] is my goal. My old [email scrubbed] emails are not important to me because they are only from ATT.
