Need help getting into account

Changing phones and new phone has me locked out. Tried changing password on old phone, no help. Tried waiting 48 hours, no help.

Tired of sitting on hold and nobody answering.

To begin we will need you to reset your password, this will help re-sync your password:

  1. Go to myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

You can also try accessing your email through which is the main site for emails.
