need help accessing my att.net email
Hello, I have my att.net email for years. I was logged out of this email and for not cannot login with my old password. I've tried the "forgot password" options but it seems my security questions have changed. I need help re-accessing my email but cannot seem to get any assistance with this.

Are you getting any type of error message when trying to login? If this error is the 205 error code, then we have some information regarding it for you.
The 205 error code is due to bad actors who are trying to access AT&T email accounts. We're aware that this is happening to quite a few people, and we're currently working on a resolution. You can get more information about why this is happening and what we're doing to fix it in our article that discusses the dreaded 205 error code.
Since you've already tried to reset your password, we'd like to invite you to a Direct Message in order to authenticate you and get you logged back into your email.

@JamzM Please don't keep resurrecting old threads or bumping ones like this. You've already gotten advice on what to do and you've done that. Hang in there and wait for the call. Each situation is different so what might work for one person may not apply to yours. The people who call you will be the final answer for your situation.
