My email is hacked

My sbcglobal account that I have had for approximately 20 years has for some reason just locked me out of it completely. It doesn’t recognize my phone number, my billing zip code, my last name or anything. It acts like I never had an account. My email is [email scrubbed] and my password is (Edited to remove personal information). I need in this email. It has a lot of important life things in it and I have health issues and doctors emails as well. I need this solved asap. Please
