my Att/currently email account page no longer exist
Because at one time I was going to use Att Direct TV until I found out it involves a dial up connection to the old wall connection. It would incur having a phone line across my door way. That's exactly what senior advisers rule against. That's all I needed as a senior. So after I found this out from the technician which sales did not mention I cancelled the service right away.
I found out that my Att.net email account is no longer available and my log in takes me to Direct TV account which was cancelled. Att keeps telling me I have access to creating keys and view my att email services on this stupid Direct TV account. That is a lie. I have no access what's so ever to my information on this Direct TV account. Now that Direct TV has been separated from ATT I seem to have no recourse to get this corrected. I have spoke with five people whether their with CS or Techs. I have spoken with Direct TV and they say contact ATT. I only use Att/currently free yahoo email and no other services from Att. What now? For the past 6 month I have tried to set up once again my outlook email through Att but to no avail. I have had 4 tech tell me differently to create a key/then I don;t need a key, just use my att email log in. I cannot get any decent answers that work.

We would be glad to help you regain access to your email, rescuefourpaws.
So that we can determine where to begin, please provide more information:
In regard to the suggestion to create a secure mail key, we usually recommend that customers use one when setting up their email on apps like Outlook. This helps avoid general password issues. If you haven't tried that already, please do so, and let us know if you were able to sign in.
We'll be awaiting your response.

I am still able to log into my Currently/Yahoo email with my password. When I log in and click on my account it takes me to Direct TV account which has no access to my key creation or sub accounts info. I have tried logging into Att.com and it redirects me to Direct TV account. I have tried to have the Direct TV account closed because I do not use Direct TV but to no avail. I have tried two computers using different browsers but it the same results.
I use Currently/Yahoo as my primary personal email which is no problem at all.
I set up 2 sub accounts alias's through Att to use for other activities back in 2021 on PC computer through Outlook and it was great. After my PC crashed I have been trying to re-establish both sub accounts through outlook on my PC using at least ten different keys I created to no avail. I was able to establish one sub account on my back up laptop using a key but not able to set up the second sub account on my backup using a key or password.
Instructions through ATT from Outlook specialist have been different. I need a different key for each computer for each sub account which is how I set them up in the first place in 2021. I have tried this at least using ten new keys to no avail. Speaking with tech's I have been told I can use my password for Currently to establish the sub accounts on my PC but that fails also. I have tried the last key's I created and that does not work.
I figured if I create two more keys and try them I may be able to set the sub accounts up once again on my PC but I no longer have access to create keys on this stupid Direct TV account. I have been told that I can create keys on my Direct TV account by 3 techs and I have told them there is noting on the Direct TV account to create keys or view my sub accounts.
There seems to be no one that can help me straighten this out so far. I hope this makes sense.

Hi there, rescuefourpaws. Looks like we have an account redirect on our hands. Let's look at that together.
First, let's see if your accounts are linked together. Follow these steps:
FYI: There are certain types of accounts you can’t remove. These include:
If you are able to unlink the accounts, the account redirect ahould stop. After unlinking the accounts, then please go through and clear the cache and cookies on your browswer.
Try these things and let us know if you are able to resolve the account redirect. If not, there is much more that we can do for you.

I can no longer view the Direct TV account. That leaves me with no At&T account for my free yahoo email. I still have received conflicting instruction on seeting up my sub account email through Outlook. Use a key, use your att password and cannot generate a key.
