Mobile outlook disconnected my email

My mobile outlook disconnected my att.net account, and i can't reconnect. it won't let me.

I need help. Please. My mobile outlook discounted me from my att.net email and i can not get it to reconnect. Can anyone help?

Hi masiller1, we'd be happy to help you reconnect your email in Outlook.

 

Try these troubleshooting options from our Login and Email Solutions guide:

  • Test using webmail - If you're able to connect to your email via the web, the issue points to the app you're using.

  • Use the latest version. Updates and changes may prevent it from working properly. 

  • Rebuild your mailbox profile. In some instances, rebuilding the profile fixes some issues. You may lose email doing this.

We also recommend updating your mail settings for Outlook. We have a guide on our website that will show you how. Just select the version of Outlook that you're using from the drop-down menu.

 

If you're still unable to reconnect your email, let us know if you're getting any error messages. This could help us determine the root cause. Please keep in mind that AT&T does not officially support or troubleshoot clients like Outlook, so we suggest that you reach out to their support team as well to see what they can find.
