We're so sorry to see that your email was hacked, db213! Let us help you recover the mail that's missing from your Inbox.
Start by following our process to restore missing emails to your account. Just complete a restore request form, and we’ll do the rest. Be sure to keep the following details in mind:
You can also try to recover the emails by clearing your browser's cache and cookies and using Currently, the official platform for AT&T mail.
Lastly, make sure there were no filters applied without your knowledge that would send legititmate emails to your spam or trash folders.
Follow these steps to check for and manage filters:
Good luck! If you need help with anything else, we'll be here.

Aminah must not be a real person seeing how someone named Amina just told me you couldn't help be because I no longer have an active account. Is this a ploy to get people to sign back up to tour services. I had this email address for 8 or 9 years. I was told to sign up for a new email address. I can't even begin to remember all of my accounts over 8 or 9 years linked to this email address not including receipts I thought were safely tucked away in my email. The thing is I didn't even forget my email it just stopped taking my email in yahoo and directed me to currently.com. My security questions don't work. I was locked out by your system. The password was saved in my phone and desktop and neither will let me in. Att you need to fix this. I ended those services bc they were not offered in the area that I moved to. Not my fault. If you did not want to continue to service my email you should have notified me.
