Lost email account
I've had this email account for decades. You had my gmail email for resetting passwords. Yet you say you don't have the needed information. Your help center said they can't override the system and rest my password. I had the right password. It was correct because it was saved on Google. How can your company be so inept that they lose peoples' email account? Google and other companies do not have these problems. I was asked to create another email with ATT. Give me a reason to ever do business with a company with such incompetence. Why can't you figure out how to override the system and restore my email account? Clearly there is more to this than your poor customer service people will tell the customer. I have told so many people about this.
