Lost email access to my personal account because I merged two accounts
I merged mine and my husband's email accounts and lost access to my personal email. I've tried resetting the password, but when I choose, "forgot my email," it wants to send the reset help to the email that I cannot access. So frustrating, how can I get access to this email account? Thank you!

call customer service and see if their tool allows reset ur pw through a text phone/diff email/or sending u a post card with the password which is silly but are usually the options if none of them is available on their tool then there's nothing you can do - just create a new email..
