Login attempt times out, never loads password prompt

After getting a popup about privacy settings and opting out for my sbcglobal.net account I can no longer login, the server times out, repeatedly for 2 days and multiple login attempts. I've tried 4 different browsers, clearing my cache and cookies. I can create a new yahoo account and login to that, but it won't allow me to add my old account, so it's not a problem with the server being down. I think it's timing out because of my privacy choices. I need access to this account because it is the recovery account for almost every online account I have created over 30 years - it is not ok for ATT to block my login because of legal privacy choices.

The password page would not load so I could not enter my password or reset it, eventually the page loaded and I was able to login.
