logging in issue, forgotten password
Have had sbcglobal.net (which became AT&T) email account for over 25 years. Password I input was incorrect and the one I had written down also did not work, so tried to create a new one. During a recent move files were misplaced or destroyed that apparently contained the only place where written answers to security questions were stored. Answers I input for security questions I set up are not correct (remember, this account is over 25 years old). No alternative reset option (i.e., other email account or text to cell phone) is available. Tried online to find a phone number which I can call for help, no luck. Any suggestions? I've bypassed my sbcglobal.net account completely by setting up a gmail account (which now has several ways of resetting if I forget password), but I'd still like to access my sbcglobal.net account.

I’m having the same issue. I plan on going to an AT&T store tomorrow, and if that doesn’t work, I plan to call on Tuesday. If I can get in to my email, I’ll let you know how I did!

But the number to call would be 1-800-288-2020!

Absolutely, positively do not waste your time going to a store. They cannot help you with email login issues.
