Lockout of Pacbell.net email

We had been locked out of pace lm.net email and we have so many important email that goes to that email address. We had been legacy user for decades and it had cost us lots of time and money due to the lockout. Please help and get us back in our legacy email.

  1. Go to reset your password.
  2. Enter your user ID and the last name associated with your ID.
  3. Choose your verification method and follow the prompts.
  4. Enter and confirm your new password.

Doesn’t work as only zip code was the. verification on my account since it was a legacy account and never updated any backup email or phone as verification . This is where it gets frustrating i keep getting error code 201lu100 the rep even told me there is nothing they can do since att does not allow them to provide pin to reset after verification or zip code
