Locked sbcglobal.net account
I am having issues with my primary email. I reset the password about a month ago and when my app requested that I re-enter my password, I got an error code of 205.2 saying I had too many attempts and needed to reset the password again, but when I click the reset password link it tells me that there is not enough information to find my account. I have called AT&T several times today to get it unlocked but they keep telling me that they cannot unlock it and that the user has total access. I have had this email for over 15 years and all of my information goes to this email. I have provided AT&T my information to update the profile to this email account to avoid this, but it never gets updated. Call support told me that there was nothing they could do for me even thought I know my password and I just need the unsuccessful login error message to be cleared.
