Locked out of sbcglobal.net email and can't reset the password ... need help!

Cannot access my sbcglobal email- when trying to login through currently it sends me through a never ending loop of signing in and submitting a verification code and being logged immediately out.

Let's get you into back into your email, @maryrileyw.

 

First, we suggest clearing your cache and cookies, as this can clear any saved settings / data that may be interfering with your sign-in.

 

If you haven't already, we recommend resetting your password. Even if you're entering the correct information, this can still help by re-syncing your email. 

  1. Go to att.com/myatt.
  2. Select Forgot password?
  3. Fill out the password info.
  4. Choose security questions or temporary password and follow the prompts. If you choose a temporary password, we’ll let you know where we sent it.
  5. Create your new password.

We also recommend using Currently, as this is AT&T's preferred method for using our email services.

Hi Daniel! 
With the password reset I am still in this never ending loop is signing in, the password being accepted, a verification code being sent to my phone, and once I enter that code I am signed out again.

@maryrileyw, since you were not able to reset it on your own, we will need to look into manually resetting your password for you.  We will need to meet in a Direct Message to further assist on this matter.
